Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt bei der Überleitung der Patient:innen aus Kliniken und Rehaeinrichtungen in die Häuslichkeit
- Du ermittelst und passt geeignete Medizinprodukte (Hilfsmittel, Verbandsmittel) in enger Kooperation mit klinischem Personal an
- Du berätst, schulst und weist medizinisches Fachpersonal, Patient:innen und Angehörige ein
- Du betreust nach zuhause, im Pflegeheim oder in einer Wohngemeinschaft
- Du erweiterst den Kundenstamm durch Akquise neuer Kliniken, Pflegeeinrichtungen und anderer Kooperationspartner und repräsentierst unser Unternehmen auf Messen und Fachveranstaltungen

- Du hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen in der i.V. Therapie und eine erweiterte Qualifikation als Wundmanager:in (ICW) oder eine Weiterbildung als Stomatherapeut:in
- Du bist ein kommunikatives Talent mit einer erfolgsorientierten Einstellung und bist ein:e Teamplayer:in
- Du hast Freude daran, dich selbst zu organisieren und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
