Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest den gesamten Vertriebszyklus unserer gastronomischen Leistungen – von der ersten Kundenanfrage über die Angebotserstellung bis zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss.
- In enger Absprache mit unseren Kunden entwickelst Du maßgeschneiderte Veranstaltungskonzepte und sorgst für eine detaillierte und reibungslose Planung.
- Du koordinierst die Durchführung der Events vor Ort und agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Gästen, dem Küchenteam und dem Servicepersonal.
- Du planst und organisierst unsere Messeauftritte, um unser Haus und unsere Angebote einem breiten Publikum zu präsentieren.
- Als erste Ansprechperson baust Du nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen auf und stellst durch deine professionelle Betreuung eine hohe Gästezufriedenheit sicher.

- Du bringst fundierte Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb mit, idealerweise in der Gastronomie oder im Eventmanagement.
- Mit deinem Organisationstalent und deiner Hands-on-Mentalität planst und managst du Veranstaltungen souverän von A bis Z.
- Als kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit fällt es dir leicht, Kunden zu begeistern, und du behältst auch in turbulenten Phasen einen kühlen Kopf.
- Du bist Gastgeber:in aus Leidenschaft und hast Freude daran, für unvergessliche Momente zu sorgen.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (mindestens C1-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
