Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für alle Anliegen unserer Kund:innen
- Du kümmerst dich um Anfragen, Bestellungen und sonstiges Kundenfeedback vom Lob bis zur Reklamation
- Du koordinierst, in Abstimmung mit internen und externen Abteilungen und Partnern, die Abwicklung aller kundenbezogenen Prozesse (Angebote, Aufträge usw.)
- Du übernimmst nach Absprache, je nach Eignung und Neigung, zusätzliche Projekte oder Rollen (wie z.B. Mitwirkung im Marketing oder QM, Organisation von Team-Events, Brandschutz, ...)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (gerne mit Zusatzqualifikationen) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast dein Skillset bereits durch praktische Berufserfahrung erweitert, idealerweise im direkten Kundenkontakt oder in der Auftragsabwicklung
- Du kommunizierst stark, arbeitest lösungsorientiert und behältst auch bei Reklamationen einen kühlen Kopf, um aufzuzeigen, wie es weitergeht
- Du bist ein:e empathische:r Teamplayer:in und bringst intern wie extern die richtigen Leute zusammen, sodass jede Kundenaufgabe effektiv und effizient gelöst wird
- Du hast Lust auf Wachstum, übernimmst gerne flexibel zusätzliche Themen (wie z. B. Events oder QM) und bringst ein echtes Start-Up / Scale-Up Mindset mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
