Als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration bist Du verantwortlich für den Betrieb, die Weiterentwicklung und den Support von IT-Systemen. Du arbeitest eng mit Kunden zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass deren IT-Infrastruktur zuverlässig und effizient läuft.
Dabei übernimmst Du sowohl operative Aufgaben im Support als auch konzeptionelle Tätigkeiten im Aufbau und der Optimierung von IT-Systemen. Der Fokus liegt auf praxisnaher Umsetzung und direktem Kundenkontakt.

Was erwartet dich?

1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für Hard- und Software
Analyse und Behebung von Störungen (Troubleshooting)
Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Systemen
Einrichtung von Netzwerken und Firewall-Regeln
Inbetriebnahme von Clients und Peripheriegeräten
Erstellung und Pflege von Netzwerkdokumentationen
Umsetzung von IT-Projekten (z. B. Systemeinführungen)
Einrichtung von Telematikinfrastruktur und Arztinformationssystemen

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder vergleichbar
Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerken und IT-Systemen
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1)
Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung

Nice-to-have:

Erfahrung in Medical IT / Telematikinfrastruktur

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
