Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst unser QM-System und unsere Prozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen weiter
- Du bearbeitest (administrative) Reklamationen, inklusive der Kommunikation mit Kund:innen
- Du erstellst Fehleranalysen wie FMEA und 8D-Reports
- Du implementierst Verbesserungsmaßnahmen in der gesamten Organisation
- Du wirkst an internen und externen Audits mit und konzipierst sowie führst Schulungsmaßnahmen durch
- Du führst eine Mitarbeiterin und übernimmst informelle Führungsaufgaben bei Querschnittsaufgaben

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in QM und QS und kennst dich mit ISO 9001, ggf. 13485 aus
- Du bringst Erfahrung in Entwicklungs- und Produktionsprozessen aus der Q-Perspektive mit
- Du verfügst über technisches Verständnis und einen MINT-Background, idealerweise hast du ein Hochschulstudium abgeschlossen
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, hast eine Service-Mentalität, bist resilient und ergebnisorientiert
- Du bist ein:e Teamplayer:in mit Empathie, Durchsetzungsstärke und diplomatischem Geschick
- Du gehst sicher mit Word und Excel um; Kenntnisse in Access sind von Vorteil
- Du besitzt deutsche Sprachkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau und englische auf C1-Niveau und kannst dich schriftlich gut ausdrücken

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
