Was erwartet dich?
- Du analysierst bestehende IT-Prozesse hinsichtlich Effizienz, Compliance und Wertschöpfung
- Du konzipierst, modellierst und dokumentierst neue sowie optimierte IT-Prozesse
- Du begleitest die Implementierung neuer oder angepasster Prozesse in die IT-Organisation
- Du erstellst und pflegst Prozessdokumentationen, Richtlinien, Handbücher und Arbeitsanweisungen im IT-Umfeld
- Du entwickelst und etablierst IT-Standards und Best Practices, stellst die Compliance von IT-Prozessen mit internen und externen Vorgaben sicher
- Du entwickelst kontinuierliche Updates für IT Geschäftsfortführungskonzepte im Hinblick auf den DORA
- Du arbeitest mit Fachbereichen zur Aufnahme von Anforderungen und deren Übersetzung in effiziente IT-Prozesse und -Lösungen zusammen
- Du definierst und überwachst Kennzahlen (KPIs) zur Messung der Prozessqualität und -effizienz, führst Reviews zur Sicherstellung der Prozesseinhaltung durch und entwickelst kontinuierlich die Instrumente und Methoden des IT-Qualitätsmanagements weiter

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in Prozessanalysemethoden
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrungen mit IT-Service-Management-Frameworks
- Du hast ein grundlegendes Verständnis von IT-Architekturen und IT-Infrastruktur
- Du bringst Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Methoden mit
- Du bist vertraut im Umgang mit gängigen MS Office Anwendungen (insb. PowerBI, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel) sowie idealerweise mit Tools zur Prozessmodellierung (z.B. iGrafx) und/oder ITSM-Systemen (z.B. ServiceNow)
- Du hast hohe Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten gepaart mit Überzeugungskraft
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Französischkenntnisse sind nicht zwingend erforderlich, aber hilfreich
