Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst und implementierst regionale Marktstrategien zur Identifizierung und Erschließung vielversprechender maritimer Zentren
- Du führst unabhängige Marktanalysen durch, einschließlich der Auswertung von Branchennewslettern, Fachpublikationen und professionellen Datenbanken, um Neubauprojekte und Refit-Projekte von Beginn der Planungsphase an zu identifizieren und zu verfolgen
- Du identifizierst und bindest wichtige Entscheidungsträger entlang der maritimen Wertschöpfungskette ein, darunter Reedereien, Werften, Systemintegratoren, Beratende und Agenturen
- Du übernimmst die umfassende Vertriebsverantwortung, akquirierst eigenständig Neukund:innen und trägst die volle Verantwortung für den Vertriebsprozess – von der ersten Leadgenerierung und lösungsorientierten Angebotserstellung bis hin zu Vertragsverhandlungen und erfolgreicher Auftragsannahme
- Du baust und pflegst nachhaltige, vertrauensvolle Kundenbeziehungen und sicherst durch strategische Partnerschaften während des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus langfristige Kundentreue, identifizierst Folgeaufträge (Service/Upgrades) und maximierst den Kundenwert

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung (mind. 2 Jahre) im maritimen Sektor (Schiffbau, Zulieferindustrie oder maritime Dienstleistungen) und verfügst über ein bestehendes Netzwerk zu Reedereien, Werften und Ingenieurbüros
- Du kannst nachweisbare Erfolge im Lösungsvertrieb (Solution Selling) von erklärungsbedürftigen technischen Produkten oder Systemen vorweisen, insbesondere in der Akquise von Neugeschäft (Hunter-Mentalität)
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Marktanalysen und der Entwicklung von Go-to-Market-Strategien für spezifische Regionen oder Hubs
- Du bist sicher in der Führung komplexer Vertragsverhandlungen auf Englisch, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Projektgeschäft
- Du hast Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Steuerung von Agenten/Systemintegratoren
- Du bist proaktiv, eigenverantwortlich und sicher auf internationalem Parkett
- Du bringst die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen im In- und Ausland mit und bist flexibel in der zeitlichen Gestaltung, da die Kundenbesuche je nach Projektanforderung auch mehrere Tage umfassen können
