- Sie verantworten die fachliche Führung von bis zu 20 Mitarbeitenden in logistischen Prozessen im produktionsnahem Umfeld
- Sie steuern die operativen Prozesse vom Wareneingang bis hin zur Versorgung unserer Wertschöpfungskette
- Sie entwickeln Ihre Arbeitsorganisation im Verantwortungsbereich stetig weiter

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie besitzen eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im logistischen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen idealerweise über erste Führungserfahrung
- Sie greifen auf Berufserfahrung aus einem Produktionsbetrieb zurück
- Sie haben Freude an der Umsetzung und Strukturierung logistischer Prozesse
- Sie zeigen hohe Eigeninitiative, eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Belastbarkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Sie besitzen eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
- Sie verfügen über gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
