Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst eigenständig die fachgerechte Montage und Inbetriebnahme von modernen Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimaanlagen direkt bei unseren Kund:innen vor Ort.
- Du führst regelmäßige Wartungen sowie präzise Fehleranalysen und Reparaturen an den Anlagen durch, um deren Langlebigkeit und Effizienz sicherzustellen.
- Als direkte Ansprechperson berätst du unsere Kund:innen kompetent zu technischen Fragen und findest bei Störungen schnell und zuverlässig die passende Lösung.
- Du dokumentierst deine Serviceeinsätze sorgfältig und sorgst für eine lückenlose Nachbereitung, um eine durchgehend hohe Servicequalität zu gewährleisten.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker:in für SHK oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Idealerweise bringst du erste praktische Erfahrung in der Wartung und Inbetriebnahme von Heizungs- und Sanitäranlagen mit.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist eigenständig und lösungsorientiert, denn du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für deine Aufträge.
- Im direkten Kundenkontakt trittst du serviceorientiert und freundlich auf – du bist das Gesicht unserer Firma vor Ort.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung mit Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen sprichst du fließend Deutsch.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
