Als Bauingenieur (m/w/d) in Vollzeit verantwortest du vielseitige Projekte im Bereich Industrie, Anlagenbau und Erneuerbare Energien in ganz Deutschland. Dein Aufgabenbereich reicht von Planung/3D-Modellierung der Bauprojekte, über Genehmigungsplanung und bis hin zur Bauüberwachung.

Was erwartet dich?

Planung und Genehmigung

Du planst und entwirfst Bauprojekte, vorrangig in den Bereichen Industrie, Erneuerbare Energien und Anlagenbau.
Du erstellst die Genehmigungsplanung nach den spezifischen Vorgaben der Bundesländer und klärst alle Fragen rund um das Bauplanungs- und Baugenehmigungsrecht.
Du kümmerst dich um die Auswertung und Projektsteuerung in der Bauleitplanung (nach BauGB) und arbeitest dabei mit B-Plänen, Schnittzeichnungen, Perspektiven und 3D-Modellen.

Projektsteuerung und Kundenberatung

Du übernimmst das Briefing und die Beratung der Kunden und erstellst daraus fundierte Anforderungskataloge.
Du strukturierst, organisierst und überwachst deine Projekte eigenverantwortlich und verteilst die entsprechenden Zuständigkeiten im Team.
Du erkennst potenzielle Probleme frühzeitig und entwickelst proaktiv passende Lösungen.

Ausführung, Controlling und Qualitätssicherung

Du hast das Kostenmanagement und die Kostenkontrolle fest im Griff, inklusive des Nachtragsmanagements.
Du überwachst die Baumontage auf der Baustelle und begleitest die offiziellen Abnahmen.
Du sicherst unsere Qualitätsstandards, dokumentierst die einzelnen Projektphasen und wertest den Projektablauf abschließend aus.
Dein Handwerkszeug: Du arbeitest mit branchenüblicher Software (optimalerweise bringst du Erfahrung in AutoCAD, Advanced Steel, Revit, RStab oder Tekla mit – gib dies bitte bei deiner Bewerbung mit an).

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, Projektreporting und -controlling
Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder in Architektur (Diplom, Master)
Du bist als Bauvorlageberechtigter Bauingenieur oder Architekt (m/w/d) zugelassen oder hast die Zulassung beantragt
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie grundlegende Englischkenntnisse
Du besitzt ein hohes Maß an Sozialkompetenz und Kommunikationsgeschick
