Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst Kund:innen der Online-Shops Kissen.de, Seniorenbetten.de sowie Dormabell-Scheel.de am Telefon und verwandelst Anfragen konsequent in Umsatz
- Du bearbeitest Online-Bestellungen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
- Du pflegst unsere Online-Shops aktiv, indem du Produkte und Inhalte aktualisierst
- Du erkennst Verkaufschancen im direkten Kund:innenkontakt und nutzt sie gezielt
- Du unterstützt unser Team im Premium-Fachgeschäft und führst Beratungsgespräche vor Ort auf hohem Niveau
- Du sorgst dafür, dass jeder Kund:innenkontakt – egal ob online, telefonisch oder vor Ort – einen Unterschied macht

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens die Mittlere Reife oder Abitur und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf C1-Niveau
- Du hast mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung im Verkauf von Produkten oder Dienstleistungen und überzeugst durch dein Verkaufstalent
- Du bist stark in der Kommunikation, schaffst es, Vertrauen aufzubauen und Kund:innen sicher zur Entscheidung zu führen
- Du arbeitest zuverlässig, strukturiert und übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Ergebnisse
- Du fühlst dich sowohl am Telefon als auch im persönlichen Gespräch sicher
- Du hast einen hohen Anspruch an dich selbst, bist technisch affin und bewegst dich sicher in digitalen Systemen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
