- Mitgestaltung unserer europäischen Partnerlandschaft: Unterstütze beim Aufbau und der Pflege langfristiger Kooperationen mit Dienstleistern in ganz Europa.
- Hands-on Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft: Tauche in unsere operativen Abläufe ein und übernimm verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben von Beginn an.
- Steuerung und Qualitätscheck unserer Partner: Hilf dabei, Dienstleister zu koordinieren und die Servicequalität sicherzustellen.
- Eigene Projekte von A bis Z umsetzen: Plane, strukturiere und realisiere eigene Projekte, mit viel Freiraum für eigene Ideen.
- Einblick in betriebswirtschaftliche Abläufe: Unterstütze bei der Rechnungsstellung und lerne finanzielle Prozesse im Startup kennen.
- Aufbau smarter Prozesse & Tools: Sei Teil des Teams, das neue interne Abläufe entwickelt und unsere Tool-Landschaft weiterdenkt.

Dein Profil
- Du bist Student (m/w/d) in höheren Semestern – idealerweise in den Bereichen Wirtschaft, Business Development, Management, International Business oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
- Du bringst erste praktische Erfahrung im B2B-Umfeld mit und fühlst dich in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern und Kunden sicher
- Du hast ein sehr gutes Auge fürs Detail und arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und verantwortungsbewusst
- Du bist kommunikativ, offen und arbeitest gerne mit verschiedenen internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Idealerweise sprichst du eine weitere europäische Sprache, z. B. Französisch oder Italienisch.
- Du hast Lust, dich in einem dynamischen Startup-Umfeld flexibel einzubringen, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und aktiv mitzugestalten.

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
