Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie bearbeiten und erstellen Buchhaltungen sowie die Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldungen für einen zugeordneten Mandantenkreis in rein digitaler Form, überwiegend durch Migration von Fremdbuchhaltungsdaten.
- Sie erstellen mandatsspezifische, standardisierte Auswertungen und monatliche Reportings.
- Sie erstellen eigenständig Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse.
- Als fachliche Ansprechperson stehen Sie sowohl Ihrem Team und den Steuerberater*innen als auch den Mandant*innen bei buchhalterischen Fragestellungen beratend zur Seite.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise zur/zum Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d).
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung mit – eine Zusatzqualifikation als Bilanzbuchhalter*in ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
- Im Umgang mit DATEV und MS Excel sind Sie sicher und routiniert.
- Mit Ihrer lösungsorientierten und zuverlässigen Art unterstützen Sie Mandant*innen sowie Ihr Team und haben Freude an digitalen Prozessen.
- Sie kommunizieren sicher und fließend auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
