Als Senior UI/UX Frontend Developer gestaltest du gestaltest du unsere moderne, performante und benutzerzentrierte Webanwendung mit und bist der zentrale technische Sparringspartner für deine Kolleg*innen. Du hilfst anderen Software Developern, wenn jemand nicht weiterkommt, und befähigst alle, ihr volles Potenzial zu entfalten – sowohl fachlich als auch persönlich.

Deine Aufgaben:

Tech Stack: Wir setzen konsequent auf moderne, zukunftssichere Technologien, um unser Produkt kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln. Im Frontend arbeiten wir mit Vue.js als clientseitigem Framework und nutzen Bootstrap sowie Tailwind CSS für performante, responsive User Interfaces.
Deine Perspektive: Als Webdesigner im Frontend hast du bei uns die Möglichkeit, deinen UI/UX-Fokus aktiv einzubringen und maßgeblich weiterzuentwickeln. Du gestaltest das Frontend Design und begleitest die Umsetzung von rund acht Releases pro Jahr – von der Konzeption bis zum Go-live.
User-Zentriertheit: Du entwickelst benutzerzentrierte Oberflächen unter Verwendung moderner Frameworks wie React und Vue. Dabei verbindest du gestalterisches Gespür mit technischen Programmierkenntnissen (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
Technische Umsetzung: Du kümmerst dich um die Umsetzung von Wireframes und Prototypen in leistungsstarken Code, stellst die technische Machbarkeit von UI/UX-Entwürfen sicher und optimierst Anwendungen hinsichtlich Geschwindigkeit und Barrierefreiheit.
Mentoring: Du begleitest das Team bei technischen Fragestellungen und unterstützt aktiv, wenn Kolleginnen nicht weiterkommen. Du förderst den Wissensaustausch, gibst regelmäßiges Coaching, führst Code-Reviews mit Augenmaß durch und stärkst das Team in seiner fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung. Deine Erfahrung hilft uns, Hürden zu beseitigen, gute Entscheidungen zu treffen und gemeinsam zu wachsen.
Qualität: Clean Code, Testbarkeit und Performance sind für dich selbstverständlich.
Agiles Team: Du bist proaktiver Teil unseres Scrum-Teams mit agilem Arbeitsprozess. Deine innovativen Umsetzungsideen für eine optimale UX sind gewünscht und werden gehört.

Gestalterisch-technische Fähigkeiten: Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Design, Typografie, Layout und die Prinzipien der Benutzererfahrung (UX) sowie fundierte Programmierkenntnisse? Dann lerne uns kennen!

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
