Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die fachgerechte und termingerechte Instandsetzung von Karosserieschäden an Kundenfahrzeugen.
- Du führst eigenständig komplexe Demontage-, Montage- und Richtarbeiten durch und nimmst präzise Fahrzeugvermessungen vor.
- Du übernimmst die Um- und Aufrüstung von Fahrzeugen mit Zubehörteilen und führst kleinere Lackausbesserungen zur Finalisierung durch.
- Du arbeitest eng im Team, insbesondere mit der Lackiererei, und sicherst durch deine Expertise die hohe Qualität der Reparaturergebnisse.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast deine Meisterprüfung im Karosserie- und Fahrzeugbauer-Handwerk erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder besitzt eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Karosserieinstandsetzung mit, idealerweise bereits in einer verantwortungsvollen Rolle.
- Dein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und deine selbstständige Arbeitsweise machen dich zum Vorbild für das Team.
- Als echter Teamplayer packst du gerne mit an und kannst deine Kolleginnen und Kollegen motivieren.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch (mindestens B2-Niveau), um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
