Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen eigenständig die monatliche Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für unsere Belegschaft durch und stellen die akkurate Pflege aller abrechnungsrelevanten Stammdaten sicher.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson beraten Sie unsere Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräfte kompetent in allen Fragen rund um Gehalt, Steuern und Sozialversicherung.
- Sie erstellen alle personalrelevanten Dokumente vom Arbeitsvertrag über Vertragsänderungen bis hin zu Bescheinigungen und verantworten die digitale Personalaktenführung.
- Sie managen das gesamte Melde- und Bescheinigungswesen und sind die Schnittstelle zu Krankenkassen, Behörden und Sozialversicherungsträgern.
- Sie wirken aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer HR-Prozesse mit und bringen Ihre Ideen zur Optimierung der Abläufe ein.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung im Bereich Personal oder Entgeltabrechnung.
- Dank Ihrer Berufserfahrung verfügen Sie über fundierte Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer-, Sozialversicherungs- und Arbeitsrecht.
- Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit einem gängigen Abrechnungssystem und den MS Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel.
- Eine hohe Sorgfalt, Zuverlässigkeit und ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein zeichnen Ihre strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus.
- Als kommunikative und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit sind Sie eine geschätzte Ansprechperson für das Team und überzeugen mit sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
