Deine Aufgaben
- Du unterstützt die Anwender:innen bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen, sei es remote oder vor Ort
- Du installierst, konfigurierst und wartest Client-Systeme (Windows)
- Du verwaltest Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungen und Gruppen, zum Beispiel im Active Directory
- Du unterstützt beim Betrieb und der Administration von Server- und Netzwerkstrukturen
- Du führst Fehleranalysen durch, behebst Störungen und führst Updates durch
- Du arbeitest bei der Einführung neuer IT-Systeme und Anwendungen mit und nimmst, analysierst und bearbeitest Support-Anfragen im First Level Support (User Help Desk)

Dein Profil
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, zum Beispiel als Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast ein gutes Verständnis von modernen IT-Infrastrukturen und kannst diese sowie die dazugehörigen Dienste selbstständig betreuen
- Du bringst erste Erfahrung im IT-Support oder Help Desk mit
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Client-Systemen und Microsoft-Umgebungen sowie Grundkenntnisse in Active Directory, Netzwerken und IT-Infrastruktur
- Du arbeitest service- und lösungsorientiert und bist kommunikationsstark im Umgang mit Anwender:innen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und bist teamfähig sowie eigenständig in deiner Arbeitsweise

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
