- Du steuerst IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekte von der Idee bis zum Go-live
- Du übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in verständliche und umsetzbare Spezifikationen
- Du begleitest IT-Entwicklungen, testest neue Features und stellst sicher, dass unsere Portale fachlich und technisch überzeugen
- Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für Fachbereiche und hältst unseren Entwickler:innen den Rücken frei
- Du erkennst frühzeitig Herausforderungen im Projektverlauf und findest pragmatische Lösungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im klassischen sowie agilen Projektmanagement mit und hast idealerweise schon mit Tools wie Jira oder Confluence gearbeitet.
- Im Anforderungsmanagement bist du stark: Du erhebst, analysierst und dokumentierst Anforderungen strukturiert und mit Blick für das große Ganze.
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, kannst komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich erklären und gehst diplomatisch mit Widerständen um, um Projekte voranzubringen.
- Eine hohe IT-Affinität, Eigeninitiative und eine Hands-on-Mentalität zeichnen dich aus – idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrung in der Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
