Projektingenieur im Landschaftsbau (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst eigenständige Planungen bis einschließlich Leistungsphase 7 der HOAI durch
- Du übernimmst optional die Leistungsphasen 8 & 9 der HOAI
- Du planst, sanierst und gestaltest Frei- und Freizeitflächen
- Du erstellst Pflanzpläne und -listen
- Du entwickelst Varianten und Vorentwürfe von Verkehrsflächen und Flächen des ruhenden Verkehrs
- Du betreust und koordinierst Projekte eigenverantwortlich und kommunizierst direkt mit Kund:innen und Auftraggeber:innen sowie mit den Kolleg:innen der Bauleitung in den Leistungsphasen 8 & 9

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Dipl.-Ing.; M.Sc./M.Eng.; B.Sc./B.Eng.) oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss im Bereich Landschaftsarchitektur, Freiraumplanung oder Landschaftsbau
- Du bist teamfähig, zeigst Eigeninitiative und Selbstständigkeit und verfügst über Planungs- und Organisationsvermögen
- Du hast gute Pflanzenkenntnisse
- Du besitzt Grundkenntnisse im Bereich BricsCAD/AutoCAD und MS Office und bist perspektivisch offen für BIM

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
