Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie unterstützen Ihr Team bei täglichen Aufgaben
- Sie weisen die Monteur:innen in Arbeitsaufträge und Abläufe ein
- Sie unterstützen die Monteur:innen bei der Fehlersuche
- Sie beraten und betreuen Kund:innen in der Werkstatt und im Außendienst, zum Beispiel bei Garantiefragen und weiteren Servicebelangen
- Sie führen Endabnahmen nach Fertigstellung der Reparaturen durch und geben die Maschinen an Kund:innen frei
- Sie überwachen die Ausbildung in der Werkstatt

- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Land- und Baumaschinenmechatroniker oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung (alternativ Kfz- oder Nutzfahrzeugmechatroniker)
- Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung und idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig und korrekt
- Sie besitzen gute Führungsqualitäten und Selbstbewusstsein
- Sie sind ausgeprägt kunden- und serviceorientiert
