Obermonteur für SHK Bauleitung (m/w/d)
Der Obermonteur SHK übernimmt die eigenverantwortliche Leitung von Baustellen, koordiniert ein Team aus Monteuren und Auszubildenden und stellt die termingerechte sowie qualitativ einwandfreie Umsetzung der Projekte sicher. Er organisiert Abläufe vor Ort, überwacht Standards und packt auch selbst bei der Montage mit an. Die Position ist zentral für die erfolgreiche Durchführung von Bauprojekten und bildet die operative Schnittstelle zwischen Baustelle und Unternehmensorganisation.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Bauleitung auf der Baustelle (ohne Büroanteil)
- Du führst und koordinierst ca. 12–13 Monteur:innen und Auszubildende
- Du teilst das Personal ein und stimmst die Arbeitsabläufe ab
- Du stellst die termin- und qualitätsgerechte Ausführung sicher
- Du montierst fachgerecht SHK-Anlagen (Heizung, Sanitär, ggf. HLS)
- Du kontrollierst die Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Normvorgaben und erstellst Bautagebücher, Aufmaße und Leistungsnachweise

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker:in SHK oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, z. B. in Kältetechnik
- Du hast idealerweise eine Weiterbildung zum Meister:in oder Techniker:in absolviert – alternativ bringst du langjährige Erfahrung als Monteur:in mit Führungsverantwortung mit
- Du hast Erfahrung auf größeren Baustellen oder Wohnungsbauprojekten
- Du verfügst über Führungskompetenz, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Zuverlässigkeit
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und bringst, auch ohne Obermonteur-Erfahrung, Lust auf Verantwortung und Entwicklung mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
