- Du entwickelst Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen und setzt diese selbst um – von der Idee bis zur Durchführung
- Du arbeitest direkt mit Führungskräften im Alltag und entwickelst Führungskräfteprogramme, die unsere Führungskultur nachhaltig stärken
- Du betreust unsere interne Academy, entwickelst neue Lernformate und stellst sicher, dass Inhalte, Tools und Strukturen auf dem neuesten Stand sind
- Du prägst eine Unternehmenskultur, die kontinuierliches Lernen, Ausprobieren und gegenseitige Unterstützung fest verankert und nachhaltig stärkt
- Du bist regelmäßig im direkten Austausch mit Teams und Führungskräften und nah am operativen Geschäft
- Du stärkst durch gezielte Teamformate, Workshops und Begleitung die Zusammenarbeit in und zwischen unseren Teams

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Personalentwicklung mit und hast Freude an der operativen Arbeit
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Personal, Psychologie, Wirtschafts- oder Sozialwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du konzipierst Maßnahmen nicht nur, sondern setzt diese aktiv um und führst dafür auch Workshops, Trainings und Formate selbst durch
- Du arbeitest pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert
- Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch– und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau) mit

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
