- Du übernimmst zunehmend die Koordination unserer Embedded-Systementwicklung – von der Anforderungsklärung bis zur Testabnahme
- Du wirst zum technischen Ansprechpartner:in für Zulieferer und führst verbindliche Abstimmungen
- Du entwickelst selbst Software und Hardware im Embedded-Bereich – insbesondere für Batterieüberwachung und -management
- Du wirkst bei Design-Reviews für Hardware und Software mit und führst diese zunehmend eigenständig durch
- Du analysierst Systemanforderungen, identifizierst technische Risiken und entwickelst Lösungskonzepte
- Du koordinierst Testaktivitäten und unterstützt bei Fehleranalyse und Root Cause Analysis

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung eingebetteter Systeme – Hardware, Software oder beides
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit typischen Embedded-Werkzeugen (Git, CMake, Python, C)
- Du besitzt Kenntnisse im Lesen von Schaltplänen und hast Verständnis für Hardware-Entwicklungsprozesse
- Du denkst analytisch und gehst strukturiert an komplexe Systeme heran
- Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B1)
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit Batteriemanagementsystemen, Zellüberwachungs-ICs oder analogen Frontends und Kenntnisse in Protokollen wie CAN/CANopen, ISO-SPI, MQTT oder REST-API
