Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die operative Einsatzplanung, indem du die Tages-, Wochen- und Stillstandsplanung unserer Wartungs- und Instandhaltungseinsätze mitgestaltest
- Du unterstützt die Personaleinsatzplanung durch effiziente und bedarfsgerechte Planung und Koordination der Einsätze unserer Wartungsteams
- Du stellst die Verfügbarkeit von Material und Ersatzteilen sicher und behältst die Lagerbestände im Blick
- Du koordinierst externe Dienstleister, indem du Einsätze mit externen Partnern abstimmst und für einen reibungslosen Ablauf sorgst
- Du unterstützt die Kommunikation mit Kund:innen und anderen Abteilungen durch Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Anfragen sowie abteilungsübergreifende Koordination
- Du pflegst das Instandhaltungssystem (CMMS), hältst Daten aktuell und unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse
- Du unterstützt unser Monitoring-Team bei der Anlagenüberwachung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltungsplanung, Arbeitsvorbereitung oder Logistik mit, idealerweise in einem operativen Umfeld
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen Bereich (z. B. Mechatronik, Elektrik, Mechanik) oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit starkem technischem Bezug
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit ERP- bzw. bestenfalls Instandhaltungssystemen (z. B. SAP PM oder vergleichbare CMMS-Lösungen)
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Organisationsstärke sowie eine strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Du zeigst Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist im Austausch mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern
- Du hast ein hohes Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein im täglichen Handeln
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B1)
