Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwirfst und betreibst einen „5-Minuten-Onboarding“-Workflow mit Docker und DevContainers, um sicherzustellen, dass „läuft auf meiner Maschine“ für jede:n neue:n Kolleg:in Realität wird
- Du betreibst die lokale KI-Infrastruktur des Teams, einschließlich Retrieval-Augmented-Generation-(RAG)-Cluster, Cursor-Skill-Libraries und der individuellen Dokumentations-Indexierung, die unsere LLMs speist
- Du automatisierst und optimierst den hochkomplexen Compile- und Hot-Reload-Zyklus zwischen dem LibreOffice-C++-Core und dem Node.js/JavaScript-Frontend
- Du entwickelst „intelligente“ Pipelines, die nicht nur Fehler melden, sondern mithilfe von KI Logs analysieren und automatisch Patches für fragile Legacy-Build-Schritte vorschlagen oder direkt anwenden
- Du implementierst „Continuous Profiling“ in der Build-Chain, um 16-ms-Frame-Budget-Verletzungen zu erkennen, bevor Code überhaupt in einen Pull Request gelangt

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in Docker, GitHub Actions/Jenkins sowie Makefile-/CMake-Umgebungen
- Du bringst Expertise in Python, Go oder Rust für den Bau hochperformanter interner Automatisierungstools mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
