Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung und Steuerung der Tätigkeiten für eine risikoadjustierte, standardisierte und höchsteffiziente Bearbeitung komplexer/spezialisierter Engagements im Neu- und Bestandsgeschäft und stellst die ordnungsgemäße Umsetzung regulatorischer und interner Vorgaben sicher
- Du steuerst fachlich die Antragsbearbeitung im Einklang mit unseren Servicezielen
- Du bist verantwortlich für und befähigst die Mitarbeitenden zur Erarbeitung, Abstimmung und Erstellung von individuellen Kredit- und Sicherheitenverträgen, einschließlich komplexer Vertragsgestaltungen wie Konsortialverträgen
- Du stimmst dich eng mit Kreditanalyse, Recht & Compliance, Finanzierungspartnern und Kundenberatung ab, insbesondere bei Konsortialfinanzierungen
- Du coachst Nachwuchskräfte, Hospitationen und neue Mitarbeitende und wirkst an bereichsübergreifenden und strategischen Themen mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Bankausbildung sowie darauf aufbauende Aufstiegsweiterbildungen
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Kreditgeschäft mit und hast fundierte Kenntnisse über Kreditprozesse sowie Freude an der Optimierung der Prozesse in Richtung des Sparkassenstandards
- Du verfügst über hohe Entscheidungsstärke, verbunden mit einem hohen Verantwortungsbewusstsein, einer strukturierten und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise sowie hoher Affinität zu Prozess- und Digitalisierungsthemen
- Du hast sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine gute Netzwerkkompetenz

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
