Was erwartet dich?
- Du analysierst und bewertest Schwachstellen an Anlagen und erarbeitest Maßnahmen zur nachhaltigen Verbesserung
- Du nimmst Werkstattaufträge und technische Sofortmaßnahmen an, koordinierst diese und verfolgst die Termine
- Du planst und koordinierst Wartungstätigkeiten sowie die Anforderung und Organisation von Kontraktoren und Ersatzteilen mittels Bestellanforderung
- Du planst Termine und überwachst gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Prüfungen
- Du bist die Ansprechperson für technische Fragen seitens Produktion, Instandhaltung und externen Partner:innen und stimmst dich intern über die Kapazitätsplanung und den Einsatz von Kontraktoren ab
- Du optimierst Instandhaltungsabläufe, gewährleistest einen optimalen Materialeinsatz und pflegst sowie entwickelst das Instandhaltungssystem, die IH Software und die Anlagendokumentation weiter
- Du wertest technische Kennzahlen mithilfe von SAP R/3 aus und bereitest die Daten mittels MS Excel und PowerPoint auf

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im technischen Bereich mit abgeschlossener Weiterbildung zum Meister, Techniker:in oder Betriebswirt:in
- Du bringst idealerweise einschlägige Berufserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld mit
- Du denkst analytisch, bist kommunikationsfähig, teamfähig und zuverlässig, und kannst komplexe Zusammenhänge verstehen und daraus resultierende Maßnahmen ergreifen
- Du hast gute SAP R/3 Kenntnisse und bist routiniert im Umgang mit MS-Office-Software sowie IH-Software wie z.B. „Maintman“
- Du handelst und denkst sicherheitsbewusst und bist bereit für kontinuierliche Weiterbildung
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
