Dein Verantwortungsbereich:

Du bereitest die monatliche Entgeltabrechnung termingerecht vor und übermittelst alle abrechnungsrelevanten Daten an unseren externen Dienstleister, dabei arbeitest du eng mit deiner Kollegin zusammen.
Du prüfst und kontrollierst die erstellten Gehaltsabrechnungen auf Plausibilität und bist Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende bei Gehalts fragen.
Du kümmerst dich verlässlich um die Personaladministration, von Arbeitsverträgen über Personalakten bis hin zur Fristenverfolgung und stimmst dich bei übergreifenden Themen mit dem Team ab.
Du betreust die betriebliche Altersversorgung gemäß BetrAVG und verwaltest unser Benefits-Portfolio administrativ.
Du pflegst unsere Personaldaten in Workday, erstellst HR-Auswertungen und bringst deine Erkenntnisse aktiv ins Team ein.

Dein Profil:

Du hast einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich Payroll/Entgeltabrechnung mit mindestens drei Jahren Berufspraxis in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise belegt durch eine entsprechende Ausbildung oder Zertifizierung.
Du kennst dich bestens aus im Sozial-, Steuer- und Arbeitsrecht.
Du hast Erfahrung mit HR-Systemen, idealerweise mit Workday oder einem vergleichbaren System.
Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und kommunizierst klar, mit ausgeprägtem Verantwortungsbewusstsein und sicherem Auftreten gegenüber internen, wie externen Partnern.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
