Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für das Recruiting (End-to-End) für verschiedene Zielgruppen, von kaufmännischen bis zu Fach- und IT-Positionen
- Du betreibst Active Sourcing und steuerst sowie optimierst Recruiting-Kanäle (z. B. LinkedIn, Indeed, Xing)
- Du entwickelst Employer Branding Maßnahmen weiter und setzt diese um (z. B. Karriereseite, Social Media, Kampagnen)
- Du berätst und bist Sparringspartner:in für Führungskräfte im Recruiting und bei personalrelevanten Themen
- Du arbeitest an Personal-Projekten mit (z. B. Prozesse, Mitarbeiterbindung, Organisationsentwicklung)
- Du unterstützt in ausgewählten administrativen Personalthemen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Personal/Wirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im End-to-End-Recruiting mit, bist Profi im Active Sourcing und kannst Erfolge in der Besetzung von Fach- und IT-Positionen vorweisen.
- Gängige Recruiting-Tools wie LinkedIn Recruiter nutzt du souverän.
- Als kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit berätst du Führungskräfte auf Augenhöhe und managst deine Stakeholder professionell.
- Idealerweise bringst du erste Erfahrungen in generalistischen HR-Themen mit.
- Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind verhandlungssicher und du sprichst idealerweise auch gutes Englisch.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
