Was erwartet dich?
- Als Herzstück unserer Produktion steuerst du eigenverantwortlich unsere Mischanlage und stellst die termingerechte Betonherstellung sicher.
- Du bist der Planungs-Profi: Du disponierst Kundenaufträge, Fahrmischer sowie Betonpumpen und sorgst dafür, dass alle Materialien stets verfügbar sind.
- Im direkten Austausch mit unseren Kund:innen berätst du kompetent zu betontechnologischen Fragen und findest für jedes Bauvorhaben die passende Rezeptur.
- Du überwachst die Qualität von den Ausgangsstoffen bis zum fertigen Beton, führst Kontrollen durch und dokumentierst die Ergebnisse sorgfältig.
- Damit alles rund läuft, überwachst du den technischen Zustand der gesamten Anlage und führst eigenständig Wartungs- und kleinere Instandhaltungsarbeiten durch.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem handwerklichen oder technischen Beruf und bringst ein gutes technisches Verständnis mit.
- Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Disposition oder der Herstellung von Transportbeton sammeln.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse C oder bist motiviert, diesen zu erwerben.
- Eine selbstständige, zuverlässige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus.
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2) runden dein Profil ab.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
