Was erwartet dich?
- Du bedienst eigenverantwortlich die Mischanlage
- Du berätst Kund:innen betontechnologisch
- Du disponierst die Kundenaufträge, Fahrmischer und Betonpumpen
- Du disponierst Zement, Gesteinskörnungen, Zuschlagstoffe und andere Materialien
- Du kontrollierst und überwachst technisch die Mischanlage und alle Nebenanlagen
- Du führst Instandhaltungs-, Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten durch und kontrollierst die Qualität der Ausgangsstoffe und des Betons einschließlich der Dokumentation

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem handwerklichen oder technischen Beruf und Lust Maschinenanlagenfahrer (m/w/d) zu werden
- Idealerweise hast du schon Erfahrung in der Disposition sowie in der Herstellung von Transportbeton
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse C oder bist bereit, diesen zu erwerben
- Du verfügst über technisches Verständnis
- Du bist teamfähig, zuverlässig und kundenorientiert mit einem freundlichen Auftreten
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und sorgfältig und bist verantwortungsbewusst, flexibel, belastbar und einsatzbereit
- Du bringst gute Deutschkenntnisse (B2) mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
