Was erwartet Sie?

Sie sind Hauptansprechpartner:in für unseren Billing-Bereich und übernehmen unter anderem folgende Tätigkeiten:

Erstellung, Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Proformas, Rechnungsentwürfen und Rechnungen (DE/EN)
Prüfung, Korrektur und Umbuchung von Zeiteinträgen
Durchführung von Abschreibungen
Pflege, Eingabe und Kontrolle der Daten im Abrechnungssystem
Überwachung der Zahlungseingänge, Offene-Posten-Management inkl. Mahnwesen
Übernahme und Kontrolle von Budgets
Erstellung regelmäßiger Auswertungen
Stammdatenpflege
Interne vorbereitende Buchhaltung
Überprüfung und Weiterentwicklung interner Vorgaben und Billing-Prozesse
Unterstützung im Controlling

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?

Sie verfügen entweder eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. zum Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellten (m/w/d), gegebenenfalls einschließlich einer Fortbildung zum Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
Sie bringen mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung, sowie ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis mit
Sie haben exzellente Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen (insbesondere Word und Excel)
Sie haben ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis, eine analytische und strukturierte Denkweise
Sie arbeiten gerne eigenständig, präzise und mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Sie bringen sehr gute Englischkenntnisse mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
