Sales Koordinator im IFA und Bankenvertrieb (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst, koordinierst und entwickelst unsere Webinar-, Event- und Newsletterformate für den IFA- und Bankenvertrieb – inklusive Einladungsmanagement, Teilnehmersteigerung und Ausbau der Empfängerbasis
- Du stimmst Inhalte mit Fachbereichen ab und steuerst die Umsetzung gemeinsam mit Marketing (z. B. Mailings, Kampagnen, Marketingmaterialien)
- Du pflegst und entwickelst die unternehmensinterne Infothek weiter und stellst die Aktualität und Relevanz der Inhalte sicher
- Du setzt Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Partnerreichweite um und analysierst die Nutzung sowie Performance relevanter Maßnahmen
- Du koordinierst vertriebsnahe Projekte und arbeitest eng mit Produktmanagement zur Weiterentwicklung von internen Apps, Shops und flexgold auf Basis von Partner-Feedback
- Du unterstützt bei Reporting und Auswertungen von Vertriebsmaßnahmen und bereitest Ergebnisse für interne Stakeholder und Vertriebspartner auf
- Du optimierst Prozesse im IFA- und Bankvertrieb, dokumentierst diese und trägst zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit bei
- Du unterstützt bei der Planung und Umsetzung gemeinsamer Vertriebsmaßnahmen sowie in der Partnerkommunikation
- Du übernimmst bei Bedarf Aufgaben der Sales-Assistenzen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft
- Du bringst dich aktiv in die Umsetzung strategischer Vertriebs- und Unternehmensziele ein

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
