Was erwartet dich?
- Du bearbeitest Kundenaufträge, dokumentierst die Abwicklung zuverlässig in unseren Systemen und übernimmst bei Bedarf die Versandabwicklung, Wareneingangsbuchungen sowie die Rechnungsprüfung, -kontierung und -freigabe
- Du betreust unsere Kunden telefonisch und schriftlich, bereitest Gespräche mithilfe unserer Datenbanken vor und sorgst für einen professionellen Austausch
- Du unterstützt unseren Außendienst aktiv bei der Neukundengewinnung, z. B. durch die Umsetzung von Marktrecherchen
- Du fungierst als zentrale Ansprechperson für Speditionen und koordinierst Terminverschiebungen, kurzfristige Lieferungen sowie sonstige Abweichungen
- Du pflegst Stammdaten gewissenhaft und überprüfst regelmäßig Vertragsbedingungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder bringst eine vergleichbare Berufserfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung oder Kundenbetreuung mit
- Du gehst sicher mit ERP-Systemen sowie MS Office um
- Du hast Freude am telefonischen Kontakt mit Kunden und überzeugst durch eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
- Du zeichnest dich durch Organisationstalent, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine hohe Eigenmotivation aus
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, bist flexibel und verfügst über ein gutes Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1 Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2 Niveau) in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
