Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Bauingenieurswesen, Architektur oder eine abgeschlossene Fortbildung zum/zur Hochbautechniker:in
Sie bringen min. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Objektüberwachung mit
Sie besitzen Kenntnisse der maßgeblichen technischen Normen, Regeln und Richtlinien
Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit den einschlägigen Vergabe- und Vertragsregelwerken der VOB und HOAI
Sie verfügen über EDV-Kenntnisse in MS Office, MS Teams, Orca und Archicad
Sie sind teamfähig und kommunikationsstark in Wort und Schrift
Sie zeigen Verantwortungsbewusstsein und arbeiten selbständig
Sie besitzen Verhandlungsgeschick und treten sicher gegenüber Baufirmen, Ingenieurbüros sowie Auftraggeber:innen auf
