- Sie analysieren, bewerten und entwickeln kontinuierlich unsere SAP-Systemlandschaft einschließlich Schnittstellen, Infrastruktur und Berechtigungen weiter
- Sie entwickeln die SAP-Landschaft durch Anpassung bestehender Anwendungen und Integration neuer Funktionalitäten weiter
- Sie setzen Optimierungs- und Digitalisierungsmaßnahmen mit Fokus auf Kosten-, Prozess- und Qualitätsverbesserung um
- Sie ermitteln und analysieren Geschäftsanforderungen durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen, Beratung und Prozessbeobachtung
- Sie übernehmen (Teil-)Projektleitung sowie aktive Mitwirkung bei der Einführung und Migration auf SAP S/4HANA
- Sie stellen den laufenden Betrieb sicher, inklusive Fehleranalyse, Incident-/Changemanagement und Performance-Optimierung
- Sie erstellen Konzepte, Dokumentationen, Status-Reports und führen Tests (Integration, UAT) durch
- Sie schulen, unterstützen und beraten Endanwender:innen
- Sie entwickeln technische Lösungen in enger Abstimmung mit dem IT-Team zur Optimierung von Prozessen und zur Integration relevanter SAP-Komponenten
- Sie entwickeln und betreuen EDI-Schnittstellen sowie die Integration externer Systeme

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung im SAP-Umfeld, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse in den SAP-Modulen FI/CO, idealerweise ergänzt durch Kenntnisse in SD/MM
- Sie haben Erfahrung im Customizing sowie mit EDI-Schnittstellen
- Sie verstehen betriebswirtschaftliche Kernprozesse (Finanzen, Produktion, Logistik, Controlling)
- Sie zeichnen sich durch ausgeprägte Analyse- und Problemlösungskompetenz sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus
- Sie sind kommunikationsstark und teamfähig
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sie sind reisebereit (ca. 10%)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
