Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die strategische Ausrichtung des Firmenkundengeschäfts, leiten daraus Ihre Bereichsziele ab und steuern aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unserer Vertriebs- und Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie.
- Sie führen und entwickeln Ihr Team fachlich sowie disziplinarisch und schaffen eine motivierende Kultur, in der Leistung und persönliche Weiterentwicklung im Mittelpunkt stehen.
- Sie identifizieren und erschließen systematisch neue Marktpotenziale im Firmenkundensegment und stellen durch eine exzellente, ganzheitliche Beratung die langfristige Kundenzufriedenheit sicher.
- Sie betreuen persönlich unsere wichtigsten Schlüsselkunden und bauen als Repräsentant unserer Bank tragfähige Netzwerke zu relevanten Partnern und Institutionen auf.
- Sie gewährleisten die Einhaltung aller regulatorischen Qualitätsstandards und treiben die kontinuierliche Optimierung sowie Digitalisierung der Geschäftsprozesse in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich voran.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Bankkaufmann/zur Bankkauffrau, idealerweise mit einer relevanten bankfachlichen Weiterbildung.
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Firmenkundengeschäft mit, gerne bereits mit erster Führungsverantwortung.
- Ihre Expertise in den Bereichen Bankbetriebswirtschaft und Finanzierung ist fundiert und praxiserprobt.
- Als Führungspersönlichkeit zeichnen Sie sich durch strategisches Denken, Entscheidungsstärke und eine hohe Kunden- sowie Ergebnisorientierung aus.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.
