Deine Aufgaben:
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Neu- und Bestandskunden im Gebiet von Frankfurt bis nach Nordwest- und Nordostdeutschland (dein Wohnsitz ist dein Startpunkt)
- Identifikation, Bewertung und gezielte Erschließung neuer Kundenpotenziale für unsere IIoT-basierten Systemlösungen sowie kontinuierliche Beobachtung von Markttrends und Wettbewerbsaktivitäten
- Analyse von Kundenforderungen und Ableitung von passenden Lösungskonzepten gemeinsam mit deinem technischen Innendienst
- Mitgestaltung unserer Vertriebsstrategie für digitale Monitoring-Konzepte
- Technische Verkaufsgespräche und Produktpräsentationen für vernetzte IIoT-Lösungen, inklusive wirtschaftlicher Bewertung, bis hin zur gebietsübergreifenden Begleitung des gesamten Prozesses bis zum Vertragsabschluss
- Aktive Teilnahme an Messen und Branchenevents
- Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Product Management, Research & Development sowie Customer Service

Dein Profil:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
- Mindestens fünf Jahre Vertriebserfahrung mit anspruchsvollen Produkten
- Technisches Interesse und IT-Affinität in Bezug auf vernetzte Systeme wie Cloud-Anbindungen und digitalen Services
- Ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung und Freude am Vertrieb, verbunden mit der Fähigkeit, Erfolge wie Misserfolge konstruktiv einzuordnen und daraus Schlüsse für die weitere Vorgehensweise abzuleiten
- Hohe kommunikative Sicherheit in Kundengesprächen, Präsentationen und Verhandlungen sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft, Kundentermine in deinem Gebiet regelmäßig wahrzunehmen (ca. 1 Übernachtung pro Woche, Kundenbesuche an 4 Werktagen pro Woche)
