Du erstellst fundierte Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen und Business Cases, bewertest Investitionen und lieferst belastbare Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management
Du entwickelst unser Berichtswesen kontinuierlich weiter, verbesserst bestehende Kalkulationsmodelle und bringst eigene Ideen zur Effizienzsteigerung ein
Du bearbeitest Ad-hoc-Anfragen eigenständig, analysierst kurzfristige Fragestellungen und bereitest komplexe Daten verständlich und adressatengerecht auf
Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen zusammen, bringst Deine Controlling-Expertise in Projekte ein und agierst als kompetente:r Sparringspartner:in für interne Stakeholder
Du unterstützt bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen, Reports sowie Forecasts, analysierst Abweichungen und schlägst konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen vor

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling/Finanzen
Du konntest bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Controlling sammeln und kennst die gängigen Instrumente und Methoden
Du hast Kenntnisse in SAP FI/CO oder vergleichbaren ERP Systemen und gehst sicher mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel, um
Du verfügst über fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und kannst komplexe Sachverhalte klar kommunizieren
Du zeichnest Dich durch ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis, analytisches Denken sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus
Du hast eine hohe IT-Affinität, Interesse an datengetriebenem Arbeiten und Freude daran, Prozesse digital weiterzuentwickeln

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
