Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir nach Unterstützung für eines unserer interdisziplinären Shopware-Teams – und suchen dafür dich als (Senior) Projektmanager E-Commerce - (m/w/d). Ob in Voll- oder Teilzeit, remote oder hybrid, bei uns findest du die Gelegenheit, deine Expertise in einem engagierten Team einzubringen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest anspruchsvolle E-Commerce-Projekte, oft auf Basis von Shopware, von der strategischen Konzeption über die Umsetzung bis zum erfolgreichen Go-Live.
- Als zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere Kund:innen berätst du proaktiv, nimmst Anforderungen auf und übersetzt diese in klare technische Konzepte für dein Team.
- Du planst und steuerst die Sprints deines Projektteams, pflegst das Backlog in Jira und sorgst für eine transparente Dokumentation in Confluence.
- Du behältst stets den Überblick über Projektfortschritt, Budget sowie Timings, erstellst aussagekräftige Reportings und verantwortest die Abrechnung.
- Gemeinsam mit dem Sales-Team wirkst du bei der Angebotserstellung mit, erstellst fundierte Aufwandsschätzungen und überzeugst potenzielle Neukund:innen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Management von IT-Projekten mit, idealerweise im E-Commerce- oder Agenturumfeld.
- Du hast ein gutes technisches Verständnis von E-Commerce-Plattformen und bringst idealerweise schon Erfahrung mit einem Shopsystem wie Shopware mit.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit gängigen Projektmanagement-Tools wie Jira und Confluence.
- Mit deiner starken Kommunikationsfähigkeit und deinem selbstbewussten Auftreten baust du nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen auf.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig und du findest eine gute Balance zwischen pragmatischen Lösungen und hohem Qualitätsanspruch.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C2) und fließend auf Englisch (C1) in Wort und Schrift.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
