Was erwartet dich?

Du unterstützt bei der termingerechten Durchführung der Entgeltabrechnung unter Berücksichtigung aller steuer-, sozialversicherungs- und arbeitsvertraglichen Vorgaben
Du pflegst sowie erfasst Personal- und Zeitwirtschaftsdaten im SAP R/3 HR-System
Du bist eine kompetente Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende, Führungskräfte sowie externe Stellen (z. B. Krankenkassen und Behörden) bei lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
Du erstellst und bearbeitest alle relevanten Bescheinigungen, Meldungen und Dokumente und verwaltest die Personalakten
Du koordinierst und kommunizierst mit externen Dienstleistern
Du wirkst an der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender HR-Prozesse mit und unterstützt in HR-Projekten sowie übernimmst allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Rahmen der Personalverwaltung

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise mit Fortbildung zum Personalfachkaufmann-/frau (m/w/d)
Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
Du verfügst über gute SAP-Kenntnisse (R/3 HR) sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in Lohnabrechnungssystemen
Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse im deutschen Steuer-, Sozialversicherungs- und Arbeitsrecht
Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und eigenverantwortlich und hast eine ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung
