Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst unsere anspruchsvolle Kundschaft mit Leidenschaft und Expertise zu hochwertigen Uhren und einzigartigem Schmuck.
- Du begleitest den gesamten Verkaufsprozess von der Begrüßung bis zur Kaufabwicklung und sorgst für ein exklusives Einkaufserlebnis.
- Du bearbeitest Kundenaufträge, wie z.B. Bestellungen oder Reparaturannahmen, professionell und pflegst die Kundendaten in unserem System.
- Gemeinsam im Team bist du für die stilvolle Präsentation unserer Produkte verantwortlich und unterstützt aktiv im Visual Merchandising.
- Du übernimmst administrative Aufgaben rund um den Verkauf, wie die Kassenführung und die Vorbereitung von Inventuren.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem kunden- und serviceorientierten Umfeld, wie in der Gastronomie, Vertrieb oder in der Hotellerie
- Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Uhren- und Schmuckbranche mit
- Du arbeitest engagiert und verantwortungsbewusst, geprägt durch Loyalität und Diskretion
- Du verfügst über hervorragendes Kommunikationsgeschick, ein sympathisches Auftreten sowie ein stilvolles Erscheinungsbild mit sehr guten Umgangsformen
- Du hast Freude am Arbeiten im Team und gute Microsoft Office Kenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
