- Du betreust Kund:innen am Telefon und vor Ort
- Du berätst zu unseren Dienstleistungen und betreust aktiv Werkstätten, Händler:innen und Endkund:innen
- Du übernimmst die Auftragsannahme und Kundenkommunikation
- Du erstellst Rechnungen und organisierst das Büro
- Du klärst Rückfragen, stimmst Termine ab und gibst Statusmeldungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du kommst entweder aus dem Bereich Kfz-Mechatronik, Teiledienst, Serviceberatung oder einem ähnlichen technischen Umfeld und hast Lust dein Fachwissen einzusetzen oder du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und interessierst dich für den KFZ-Bereich
- Du bist am Telefon sicher, freundlich und überzeugend und kannst technische Dinge verständlich erklären
- Du arbeitest organisiert, übernimmst Verantwortung und denkst mit, ohne auf Ansagen zu warten
- Du hast Lust, in einem wachsenden Unternehmen wirklich etwas zu bewegen und verfügst idealerweise schon über technisches Verständnis im Kfz-Bereich
- Du hast idealerweise auch schon Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt, trittst sicher und verbindlich auf und besitzt sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Organisationsstärke und eine saubere Arbeitsweise
- Du bringst fließende Deutschkenntnisse mit (C1)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
