HR-Generalist (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

Sie begleiten den gesamten Einstellungsprozess neuer Mitarbeitenden – von der Stellenausschreibung über das Bewerbermanagement inklusive Interviews, bis hin zum Vertragsabschluss und dem Onboarding. Dabei entwickeln Sie den Onboarding-Prozess kontinuierlich weiter.
Sie beraten und unterstützen Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte in allen HR-relevanten Fragestellungen, dabei agieren Sie als vertrauensvolle Begleitung bei personalrelevanten Themen im Alltag. Darüber hinaus sind Sie Ansprechpartner bei organisatorischen Fragen und unterstützen bei Bedarf bei Mitarbeitergesprächen.
Die Personaladministration geht Ihnen leicht von der Hand. Sie übernehmen die Pflege und Verwaltung der Personalakten, erstellen Arbeitsverträge, Vertragsänderungen und Arbeitszeugnisse und kümmern sich um die Stammdatenpflege in unserem HR-System sowie das Fristen- und Bescheinigungsmanagement.
Sie haben ein gutes Gespür für die Identifikation von Schulungs- und Weiterbildungsbedarfen. Ihr Organisationtalent beweisen Sie in der Planung, Organisation und Evaluation einzelner Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen.
Die Bereiche Arbeitsrecht und Reporting gehen Ihnen ebenfalls leicht von der Hand. Sie haben die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung arbeits-, lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlicher Vorgaben stets im Blick und unterstützen ARTUS bei arbeitsrechtlichen Sachverhalten. Darüber hinaus erstellen Sie Auswertungen von HR-Kennzahlen und Reports für die Geschäftsführung.
Sie pflegen vergütungsrelevante Daten und unterstützen bei der Gehaltsabrechnung und ihrer Vorbereitung.
Darüber hinaus arbeiten Sie mit Organisationstalent an strategischen HR-Projekten und übernehmen die Konzeption, Steuerung sowie Umsetzung dieser. Darüber hinaus wirken Sie an gruppenweiten Initiativen mit ( z. B. Digitalisierung, Prozessoptimierung, Employer Branding) mit.

Ihre Qualifikationen:

Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes, wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation (z. B. Personalfachwirt (m/w/d))
Fundierte Erfahrung im Recruiting und in der Personalbetreuung
Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie HR-Software (z. B. Rexx, DATEV)
Sie sind ein kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer mit Leidenschaft für das Personalwesen.
Ihr Organisationstalent und Ihre strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise begleitet Sie in allen Projekten.
