Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie richten Präge- und Stanzautomaten ein und stellen die Werkzeuge für die präzise Herstellung von Elektrokontakten ein (ähnlich Bihler-Technik).
- Bei Störungen im Produktionsablauf analysieren Sie eigenständig die Ursachen an den Prägewerkzeugen und entwickeln Lösungsstrategien.
- Sie führen Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten an komplexen Stanz-, Präge- und Spritzgusswerkzeugen durch, um deren Langlebigkeit und Effizienz sicherzustellen.
- In enger Abstimmung mit der Produktion und Qualitätssicherung optimieren Sie kontinuierlich die Werkzeug- und Maschinenperformance.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Berufsfeld Werkzeugbau, z. B. als Werkzeugmechaniker:in oder Feinmechaniker:in.
- Sie bringen mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung in der Wartung und Reparatur von Präge-, Stanz- oder Spritzgusswerkzeugen mit.
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig, lösen gerne technische Probleme und finden pragmatische Lösungen.
- Die Arbeit im 2-Schicht-System passt gut zu Ihrer persönlichen Planung.
- Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um sich präzise im Team abzustimmen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
