- Du betreust und optimierst die Versicherungsverträge unserer Privat- und Gewerbekunden
- Du begleitest unsere Kundinnen und Kunden im Schadensfall – von der Schadenaufnahme bis zur erfolgreichen Regulierung
- Du vergleichst Tarife verschiedener Versicherungsgesellschaften und erstellst passgenaue Angebote sowie fundierte Entscheidungsempfehlungen
- Du führst die Korrespondenz mit Kundinnen und Kunden sowie Versicherungsgesellschaften eigenständig und professionell
- Du pflegst und aktualisierst unsere Kundendaten im Maklerverwaltungsprogramm VEMA

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kauffrau/Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Idealerweise hast du bereits in einem Versicherungsmaklerbüro gearbeitet und kennst die Abläufe im Maklergeschäft
- Du arbeitest serviceorientiert und hast Freude am persönlichen Kontakt mit Kundinnen und Kunden
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise aus und behältst auch in arbeitsreichen Zeiten den Überblick
- Du gehst sicher mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen (Outlook, Word und Excel) um. Erfahrungen mit einem Maklerverwaltungsprogramm oder Vergleichssoftware sind von Vorteil

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
