- Du pflegst und optimierst bestehende Versicherungsverträge im Privat- und Gewerbebereich
- Du begleitest unsere Kund:innen im Schadensfall – von der Aufnahme bis zur Regulierung
- Du vergleichst Tarife über verschiedene Gesellschaften hinweg und bereitest Entscheidungsgrundlagen vor
- Du führst den Schriftverkehr mit Versicherungsgesellschaften und Kund:innen eigenständig und professionell
- Du hältst unsere Kundendatenbank (VEMA/Maklerverwaltungsprogramm) stets aktuell

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Versicherungskauffrau/-mann bzw. Kauffrau/Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzen (m/w/d)
- Du hast idealerweise bereits in einem Versicherungsmaklerbüro gearbeitet und kennst die Abläufe im Maklergeschäft
- Du hast eine hohe Serviceorientierung und Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen
- Du arbeitest gewissenhaft, organisiert und behältst auch bei Termindruck den Überblick
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit Makler-Vergleichssoftware

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
