Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Disposition und Einsatzplanung von firmeneigenen Lkw-, KFZ- und Baggerflotten für unsere Montage-Baustellen
- Sie planen die Disposition und den Einsatz der Tiefbau- und Montagekolonnen in Abstimmung mit dem Betriebsleiter, Bauleitern und Vorarbeitern
- Sie koordinieren Transporte für Baustellenlieferungen, wie Schüttgut, Baumaschinen und Baumaterialien
- Sie stimmen sich technisch mit externen Werkstätten zur Einsatzfähigkeit der Fahrzeuge ab
- Sie überwachen Wartungsintervalle, TÜV-, SP- Termine und Reparaturmaßnahmen
- Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Betriebsleiter, Bauleitern, Vorarbeitern, Facharbeitern/Monteuren sowie externen Dienstleistern zusammen und führen Fahrerschulungen und Unterweisungen durch

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition, Logistik oder Kfz-Technik, wie z. B. als Kfz-Meister oder Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d)
- Sie verfügen über Erfahrung in der Disposition von Lkw und gewerblichen Mitarbeitenden, idealerweise im Bau- oder Baustoffbereich
- Sie besitzen technisches Verständnis für Nutzfahrzeuge, Bagger, Montage-KFZ sowie PKW und deren Einsatzmöglichkeiten
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Organisationsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke aus
- Sie arbeiten verantwortungsbewusst und sicher im Umgang mit MS Office

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
