- Sie verantworten die ganzheitliche Steuerung und erfolgreiche Durchführung unserer Projekte in der Verkehrsleittechnik – von der technischen Planung bis zur finalen Übergabe.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson auf der Baustelle koordinieren Sie den effizienten Einsatz von Mitarbeitenden sowie Material und steuern die Zusammenarbeit mit Nachunternehmern.
- Sie leiten Baubesprechungen, pflegen eine enge Kommunikation mit Auftraggebern sowie Behörden und sorgen für einen transparenten Informationsfluss bei allen Projektbeteiligten.
- Sie gewährleisten eine lückenlose Projektdokumentation, führen die Korrespondenz und erstellen präzise Aufmaße als Grundlage für die Abrechnung.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, eine Weiterbildung zum Meister/Techniker oder ein Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik.
- Sie bringen mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung oder Projektleitung mit, idealerweise im Umfeld der Elektro- oder Verkehrstechnik.
- Als Führungspersönlichkeit verstehen Sie es, Ihr Team zu motivieren und Projekte eigenverantwortlich zum Erfolg zu führen.
- Ein Führerschein der Klasse B sowie Reisebereitschaft für die Betreuung Ihrer Baustellen sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1), um eine reibungslose Abstimmung mit allen Beteiligten sicherzustellen.
