Deine Aufgaben:
- Strategische Beratung und Unterstützung von Führungskräften in allen personalrelevanten und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Aufbau, Standardisierung und Weiterentwicklung standortübergreifender HR-Strukturen und Prozesse
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung moderner HR-Konzepte in den Bereichen Recruiting, Mitarbeiterbindung und Personalentwicklung
- Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von HR-Controlling sowie Analyse und Steuerung relevanter KPIs
- Aktive Mitgestaltung und Begleitung von Veränderungs- und Transformationsprozessen
- Leitung und Mitarbeit an HR-Projekten, insbesondere im Bereich Digitalisierung und Organisationsentwicklung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit zentralen und dezentralen Schnittstellen zur Sicherstellung einer einheitlichen und professionellen Personalarbeit

Das bringst du mit:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Human Resources, Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie, Rechtswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im strategischen HR-Umfeld, idealerweise als HR Business Partner oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht sowie in der Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung moderner HR-Prozesse
- Ausgeprägte Beratungs- und Kommunikationsstärke in der Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften
- Erfahrung in Change- und Transformationsprozessen sowie ein gutes Verständnis für Organisationsentwicklung
- Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Steuerung von HR-Kennzahlen und Reportings (HR-Controlling)
- Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Umsetzungsstärke

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
